In the end, a successful project satisfies the client’s needs. Regardless of scale, budget, or program, SITE 560 relies on client collaboration to design creative solutions making a unique final product while remaining true to the client.
SITE 560 will meet onsite to discuss project goals & objectives. Using this information, we prepare a project proposal. Depending on project scope, size, and budget, additional design consultants may be needed to complete the project (IE: civil engineer).

An accurate base plan of existing project conditions will be the starting point for design. This may require a professional survey, field measurements, and/or research to complete.
Schematic Design is the first phase. At the conclusion, the overall project concept will be established. Program elements, structure locations, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, general grading, etc. will be determined.
Design Development is the second phase. Based on the approved Schematic Design, this phase fixes and describes project elements with hardscape materials, site grading, plant schedules, draft specifications and details. At the end of this phase, the project design will be be complete.
Construction Documents is the third phase. Based on the approved Design Development, SITE 560 will produce a complete set of technical documents including drawings and specifications.
Bidding uses the completed construction documents for contractors to bid to build the project. SITE 560 will answer any RFIs from bidding contractors and will help evaluate submitted bids.
Construction Observation & Administration includes reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs and other inquiries, and conducting site visits during construction.
